Comparing to GIF, PNG is not confined to a 256-color boundary. However,
it does not have the animation capability like GIF does. In addition to tools and filters for creating
and editing BMP, JPG, GIF, TGA, PCX and TIFF, etc., the program specially covers features unique to PNG, e.g.
it provides alpha channel editing on a magnified and grided screen. Alpha channel is preserved
when you paint, rotate or resize the image, etc. The program supports PNGs of any Bit Depth
(i.e. 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 in PNG terms) and any Color Type (0, 2, 3, 4 & 6 in PNG terms). On Save, you may
optionally set transparency, background color, interlacing, sRGB and Filter Type, etc.
If an alpha channel exists, you may choose whether to apply the original alpha values or the edited ones.

To make good the defective/deficient aspects of Windows Explorer: (i) In ListView style,
Windows Explorer relies on ICO file extension to show its image (a BMP file renamed as ICO is
treated as ICO); (ii) In Thumbnail style, it does not reveal ICO files with discrepant header
entries; (iii) It only reads BIH, hence would fail to show a B&W cursor with reversed
colors for image and mask; (iv) On Win98 or ME, incapable of showing alpha effects of a 32-bit
icon and would show only a black for a Vista icon; (v) It keeps users in
the dark whether an icon file is a multi-icon file; and (vi) It does not indicate whether
an ICO file has embodied PNG items. This supplement Icon File Browser not only lists them,
but allows you to extract any of the listed items.

the wrapping. You can select the desired size of the spheroids, number of frames, rotation
